Automated Congressional Re-Districting
Summary:
- Automates the Congressional re-districting process in to uniform population, contiguous regions of a state
- Provides for mid-Census re-districting
- Removes the Courts from the re-districting process
Benefits:
- Eliminates "safe" seats and political carveouts based on seniority, race, connections, etc.
- Redraws Congressional seats every six years
- Recognizes that Americans live, work, worship, recreate, and function as an integrated society; it is time to eliminate divisions perpetuated by law
- Eliminates the MONTHS of non-value adding legislative fights over district gerrymandering
- Eliminates the non-value adding Judicial intervention in the re-districting process
