Equal Treatment of Citizens
Summary:
- Precludes Congress from making any law that either discriminates or grants a preference to citizens on the basis of race, gender, or religious affiliation.
- Precludes Congress from spending federal tax revenues on the basis of race, gender, or religious affiliation.
- Precludes the Federal Government from maintaining statistics on Citizens relating to race, gender, or religious affiliation.
- Voids all existing laws, policies, and judical remedies that contradict this amendemnt
Benefits:
- Ends the politics of division, envy, and class based on race, gender, and religious affiliation
- Reinforces the fact that ALL Citizens are EQUAL before the Law
